A multi-phased wetland creation and channel excavation project for Whatcom County.
Once complete, 25,000 yards of existing ground will be excavated to create a new 20-acre wetland, 15,000 cubic yards of material will be dredged from the creek, and 175,000 plants will be placed inside the wetland.
