A comprehensive grading, paving, and seal coating project that enhanced the aesthetic appeal and functionality of a residential neighborhood.
The grading phase of this project focused on leveling and preparing the road surfaces to ensure proper drainage and a smooth foundation for paving. This involved the removal of existing damaged asphalt, adjustment of the subgrade, and the implementation of any necessary soil stabilization techniques.
Following grading, the grinding phase addressed any leftover pavement issues by removing damaged or worn-out layers, creating a uniform surface for the new pavement.
Next, the paving phase introduced a durable asphalt surface, designed to provide long-lasting performance and withstand the local climate conditions. This project came in with approximately 1,050 tons of fresh asphalt placed by our team.
Once complete, a seal coating application was applied to protect the new surfaces from wear and tear, weather damage, and to extend their lifespan. It also provides some visual appeal thanks to its uniform, glossy finish.
