Marty Siebe

With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Marty Siebe joined WRS in 2025. As a Project Manager for our Idaho division, Marty’s main responsibilities include ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, reading contracts and plans, and coordinating with sub-contractors and clients. He’s also instrumental in communicating with crews in the field and at the office to ensure projects go smoothly.

Marty started out in the industry working as a mason, form-setter, finisher, and ironworker. Through the years and into his current role, what he enjoys most about his work is building relationships and being part of creating a tangible finished project.
