Outside of Work
When he isn’t working, Lance is spending time his wife and their two children. They love to spend time outside hunting, fishing, or riding their horses in the mountains.
If there’s ever a question of “do we do that?” or, “how could we do that?”, Lance is the guy to ask. As a Project Manager, Lance spends most of his time estimating and managing projects.
Since he joined the team in 2011, Lance has done everything from trucking to equipment operation. Although he works in project management now, he is always ready to jump in wherever needed on a project. If something needs fixing, he’ll be the mechanic. If they need equipment, he’ll be the parts runner.
Lance’s work has taken him all over the state; Wenatchee, Everett, Tacoma, Centralia, Sequim, and beyond. He’s managed projects that involved demoing and hauling over two million lbs. of steel, taking down giant grain barns, and repairing the Sumas railroad post-flood in 2021/2022.
