Outside of Work
When he isn’t working, Lance is spending time with his wife and their two children. They love to spend time outside hunting, fishing, or riding their horses in the mountains.

As the Equipment Manager, Lance oversees all WRS “iron” from purchase to job site to retirement. Lance is in constant communication with his colleagues, coordinating with our many divisions and ongoing projects to match the right equipment to the right job at the right time.
Lance also works in a Project Manager role, spending time estimating and managing projects for our Civil Construction Division and the land-leveling scraper tractors.
If there’s ever a question of “do we do that?” or, “how could we do that?”, Lance is the guy to ask. Since he joined the team in 2011, Lance has done a bit of everything. He is always ready to jump in wherever needed on a project.
Lance’s work has taken him all over the state - Wenatchee, Everett, Tacoma, Centralia, Sequim, and beyond. He’s managed projects that involved demoing and hauling over two million pounds of steel, taking down giant grain barns, and repairing the Sumas railroad post-flood in 2021/2022.
