Outside of Work
When Jerad isn’t working, he and his wife are busy raising three children and working on their property. He also enjoys snowmobiling in the winter, and "fixing anything & everything that breaks".
As a Project Manager in the Construction division, Jerad’s main responsibilities are project estimating, coordinating and scheduling work, and helping to establish crews for said work. He manages projects from “cradle to grave”, and works closely with our clients to ensure that we exceed their expectations.
Jerad started at WRS in November of 2017. Before he became a Project Engineer, and then a Project Manager, in the Construction division, he was a member of the UAV and Technology teams.
Jerad’s favorite part of working at WRS is the diversity of work. Every day holds something different! For example – building pipe bridges in refineries! Although the idea is simple and the materials are basic, they require extensive planning, scheduling, road closures, and sub-contractor scheduling. Thankfully, Jerad enjoys a challenge, and these bridges have become one of his preferred projects. Beyond this, he says that the opportunity to work in teams and build relationships has also been extremely rewarding.
