Outside of Work

If Craig isn’t working, he’s with his family. He, his wife, and their two daughters are all sports fanatics and love to watch games together.

At the Phillips 66 Ferndale Refinery, WRS crews cover everything from refinery maintenance to civil construction to janitorial services. Craig oversees daily operations, works closely with P66 to find solutions to their problems, resources materials/equipment, takes care of purchase and work orders, estimates, and schedules manpower.

Craig started at WRS in 1990 as a laborer. For him, it was just a summer job. However, he truly enjoyed the work and decided to stick with it after graduation. “I’ve done everything here in my 30 years,” he recalls, “I started as a laborer, then I got my CDL and did truck driving, moved equipment, ran equipment, ran job sites outside the refinery, and then ended up back here for most of the last 20.” It’s this experience that makes Craig such a great site manager. The crew members respect that he’s done the “dirty work” and truly understands what goes into each project.
