NAMPA, Idaho -- WRS has named the 2025 winner of the company’s culture award for the Idaho team to be Anthony Hightower, as announced at the WRS Idaho Christmas Party.

The 3 Cs – Character, Chemistry, and Competency – are WRS’s core values, and this award goes to a team member who exemplifies the company culture by living out these values every day.

Hightower, a laborer on the civil construction crew, was the recipient of Idaho’s first-ever 3 Cs Award.

His coworkers said: “Anthony is a person who leads by example, meaning he wouldn’t expect someone to do something if he wouldn’t do it first. He’s a person who does his best to keep a positive attitude when things look difficult. He’s that coworker that isn’t done working until everyone is done working. If there’s something that needs to get done, he’s going to get it done.”
