When Lacy isn't working, she is likely spending time with her daughter. They love live music, camping, being out on the water, and barbecuing.
As Site Manager, Lacy oversees all WRS employees and WRS projects at Holly Frontier Sinclair Refinery in Anacortes. This includes procuring future work, project management, improving procedures, ensuring employees’ safety, promoting employees’ growth, and creating and maintaining a positive site environment consistent with WRS company culture.
Before she came to WRS, Lacy worked as a cosmetologist for 11 years. When she decided to pursue a career change, she began her journey into refinery work as a fire-watch. From there, she took a position as a journeyman laborer, eventually leading her to a safety representative position. In 2019, she joined our team and filled a variety of roles on our Safety and Project Management teams before her current position.
