Outside of Work
When he isn’t working, Joel loves to spend time with his wife and two boys. When he can’t get outside to garden or hike, he spends his time listening to records and reading books.
As the Office Manager, Joel leads our administrative team, works on master service agreements and contracts, performs rate negotiation with major clients, is accounts receivable, and more.
Since his start in 2007, Joel’s done a lot of different things here at WRS. Whether it was timekeeping at BP, managing the shop, project controls, or his current position – his breadth of experience was key to his growth and management style now.
Being a long-time employee here at WRS, Joel has had the unique experience of watching the company grow from 50 to 260+ employees. He attributes this growth to the “People First” mindset at WRS. He is fueled by this team atmosphere and “feels blessed” to work alongside people who care about what they do. He also loves any project involving process improvements and was highly involved in our implementation of HCSS software.
