Outside of Work
When he isn’t working, Britt is likely enjoying the outdoors with his wife and their two kids.
Britt has lived and breathed construction since he was a kid. Growing up in the family business, this industry was a clear and natural path for him. From high school onwards, he steadily worked his way up from a general laborer to a division manager.
For Britt, the most rewarding part of construction is taking a customer’s dream “off a napkin” and turning it into reality. He loves using his design and building experience in tandem, taking a project from its first sketch to the final build.
In 2013, Britt joined the WRS team as the P66 Rail Spur Project was taking off. Since then, he’s been involved in countless successful projects here. One of his “favorites” was the PSE LNG project in Tacoma, which stretched from 2017-2021. In 2022, Britt and his family moved to Idaho and he has since focused on establishing WRS in the Boise area. He’s accomplished a lot in the short time he’s been there, and we’re excited to see the Idaho team continue to grow.
