Our services start at the very beginning of a project’s life cycle with site setup. At WRS we know that poor planning means poor performance, which is why we take site setup very seriously. In the setup phase, we make sure everything is prepared before construction even begins. Our goal is to maximize efficiency, keep everyone safe, and make sure all the legal requirements are met, so that you don’t have to worry about anything. We also survey the land using state-of-the-art GPS and radar technology so we can identify potential issues before construction begins. Land Clearing
Land clearing is a service that, when done properly, allows for the best results in any construction project. This includes removing debris, unwanted machinery or buildings, and uprooting vegetation. This is always done in a way that minimizes environmental impact.
Environmental Impact
The environmental impact of construction projects is always of great importance to us. One way we can protect the environment is through our erosion control services. Erosion control protects nearby bodies of water and the ecosystem within. Dangerous and loose sediments created during the construction process are prevented from entering these bodies of water. Fine Grading

Utility Installation
The ability to handle any sized project includes utility installation. As a self-contained and multidisciplinary team, we save you the trouble of needing to hire another contractor for in-ground utility installation. This includes storm-water piping, sanitary sewer piping, water piping, gas and electrical, and everything in between. A properly installed sanitary sewer pipe requires a minimum exfiltration and infiltration amount, storm-water pipes need to be certain grades, and water pipes may need to be safe for drinking. WRS has the experience to handle all of these requirements no matter the size or location of your project.

WRS also offers concrete foundations, concrete and asphalt paving, and flatwork.
